Oven Baked Bacon

We LOVE Bacon! However, most of us do not enjoy cooking bacon since it includes grease getting everywhere and usually burning our hands and arms. This is an easy solution and you still get bacon as your reward!

You will need:
Firefly Farms Bacon
Baking tray with sides
Pam (or other cooking spray)
Tin foil

Preheat your oven to 400 F.

Get out your baking tray with sides. Line the tray with tin foil that comes up the sides. Lay your cooling rack on the tin foiled tray. Spray the rack generously with Pam. Lay your bacon on the cooling rack. If you need more than one tray for all your bacon needs, repeat.

Place your bacon on the center rack in the oven. Let cook for about 10 minutes. We like to flip ours to ensure total crispiness. Let cook for about another 10 minutes.

I recommend checking your bacon frequently to make sure it does not burn.

Ta da! Cooked bacon served at the same time and all at the same temperature.

Side Note: You can filter the bacon fat and save it for making biscuits or home fries, but if you do not want to do that, just let it cool in tray. Once cool, careful lift up the tinfoil and bundle it in the garbage. One little life hack for easier clean up.
